As elite athletes ourselves, we know the toll that competing can take on a player's mind, body, and spirit. At Aspire Athletics, our mission is to cultivate a holistic training environment that allows athletes to fully accept all parts of themselves through success and adversity, while striving to reach their full potential both on and off the field.
Kasey's playing career was the definition of "grit" and "perseverance." From a small-town boy to an NCAA division I athlete, Kasey created great opportunity where there seemed to be none, and became a highly decorated athlete in the state of Wyoming. After his historic playing career as a standout dual-sport athlete in basketball and soccer, Kasey earned a spot playing collegiate soccer at the University of Denver where he won two conference titles while earning a bachelor of arts degree in Psychology.
His work ethic and passion for greatness led him off the field and into a masters program that would teach him the power of the human mind and the importance of its health. Since earning his MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, he has been working clinically with individuals from all walks of life, helping to promote wellness all while pursuing a doctorate of education in Sport and Performance Psychology. Kasey is thrilled to take the knowledge he has gained through his education and couple it with his experience as an athlete in order to foster growth and self-acceptance in athletes everywhere.
"My hope is to instill unconditional self-acceptance into each athlete I work with. I want to help them recognize and reach their full potential as a person and a player so they never have to look back on their career or life and wonder what they could have been."

Sam is a Colorado native who has been an athlete as long as she can remember. After playing nearly every sport in the book, soccer ultimately stole her heart when she was 7-years-old. What started on the recreational fields of Littleton, Colorado led Sam to become a professional soccer player who has a passion for mental health and giving back to the game that gave her so much. Because of her journey, she is eager to help the next generation of athletes reach their full potential in life and in sport.
After putting her playing career on hold, Sam went on to further her education, which has led her to what she believes is her life's purpose: helping others. With her master of science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, her clinical experience, and her years of playing soccer at an elite level, Sam hopes to give athletes the knowledge and holistic training she wishes she had as a player. She is very excited to introduce her athletes to the power of brain-body balance by integrating sports psychology and mental wellness into their physical training to help them excel both on the playing field and off.
"My passion is to create a holistic, supportive environment where athletes are training all parts of themselves, not just their technique. I want to help cultivate a self-belief that allows individuals to see their greatness even through times of adversity in life and in sport."
